I dyed my hair the other nite, and while you can't really see it in tonite's pictures, if you take a closer look @ the one of me hanging through the sun roof, you can see it. It's on the underside/bottom of my hair, and it's just a bit darker than the rest of my hair. I love it and Holla' to Mare for her amazing work! love her! I'll try n take pics of the hair soon, n get it posted up ASAP. =)

recent nite rave

So Alanna, Jade n I drove up the Parkway again for some crazy roomie fun time. =) TONS of pictures were taken (sadly i had to steal them all from the two of them as i didn't bring the digital, but that's ok.) and there was lots of dancing, random moments and mostly tons of fun! Yeah.... we're just cool like that. For the weekends where Walmart just doesn't cut it, we go to the parkway. and hopefully I can get some from last nite with jade n Mare, (marilyn, my neighbor) when the 3 of us were at the parkway last nite as well. (it was REALLLY a 'we need to get away from certain people' weekend. yay for drama! haha!) we had a few good ones from that as well, but it all depends on if Mare uploads hers. (i know i know, i hardly have the digital, so I hardly take pictures! oh well!) ENJOY! love to all!

and that's the end of tonites crazy happenings! we know how to have fun, what can i say. =) love the roomies and all our random moments! I don't know what else to really say... um, totally excited to get to Alaska! as of the moment, and my time zone, only 20 days til i fly out! YAY! but I already know I'll miss some things and people from here. oh well. mmmk, well i should head to bed cuz I've got church n so forth. yay! =)

humm... maybe i should post a spiritual one or something tomorrow. who knows. I've also got another poem and the beginnings of another poem (or song... i can't decide) that i'm workin on, and will get up soon. woo hoo!

Plays, Concerts and Swing Time!

WoW!

what amazing evenings I've had the last two nites!

First, Shakespear's 'King Lear' with classmates from my Western Literature class Tuesday nite. I went to Staunton, a cute little town about 30 minutes or so from SVU, and saw a production of King Lear with some people from my Western Literature class, and so forth. It was pretty entertainting, and definitly long. started @ 7:30, and went until about 9:50 i think, with a 10 minute break @ 8:30. It was SO good though. definitly a dramatized, and overly done production, but it was fun to get away from B.V (Buena Vista) with people that wern't just my roommates for once. (yes i love my roomies, but i needed a short break.) Also, i had to crack up at the costumes. lots of random pieces of leather, and mud, feathers and so forth. yeah... interesting truely.

Then tonite, My roomie n I went to see our amazing neighbor in her choir concert, which I totally loved and it made me miss being in choir SO much. I especially loved it because they sang 'Nigra Sum' which I sang my junior year. SO fun to remember some of those crazy foreign words.

Then just after the concert, I went to Swing Time which was a high school dance team from Harmony, Florida that came and did an hour n a half dance show. It was so cute and amazing, and to think theat they were all in high school still. I could see that one or two of the guys were gonna be heartbreakers when it came to the dance floor. haha! I totally wanted to dance my way home, except I was too shy with two other's i didn't know, walking along behind me. Maybe tomorrow nite.

I'm pretty excited to see what Thursday night brings. Mostly lots of folding Laundry, making sure i'm ready for Friday classes, eating random junk [oh wait, that's every nite, hum...], and having fun being me, as always! Friday nite though, there's not stoping me and my fun!

Lately

So it's been a while since i've posted anything on here i realized.
Got caught up with classes, then started spring break and was in a cocoon.
Not just any cocoon... a Greys Cocoon...



Yeah... I've gotten addicted. That is, I got addicted a little bit back when I first started watching the first season with the roomies. But sometime after getting to the beginning of the second season, the dvd's were moved, and like I said before I got busy with classes. Now it's Thursday night (mmmk so technically friday morning) of spring break and I've only got two episodes of seaons 4 left to watch, one of which airs Friday nite, and the other i'm waiting to know when it re-airs. Then it's on to waiting for the show to return @ the end of the month after this break with the writers strike and all. I'm excited. and addicted. thank you roomies for my new addictions... =)

Anyways... not sure what else to say. it's kinda late and i'm lost in thoughts... so yeah.
I'm surviving. haha!
I'll get some new pictures up soon. not sure what of.
